When I’m not making things I like to go dancing, listen to music, eat sweets, watch TV, sing (badly), go for walks, spend money on frippery, cook, play video games, read children’s books, dress up, go to the cinema, ride roller coasters and sit around making fun of various musicians. All the usual stuff.

My interests include dreams and the feeling of dreams, toys, snow, nature, genetic mutations, magic, phobias, fashion and culture through the ages (particularly the 80s and 50s), old advertisements, pin-ups and pop culture, animals, trompe l’oeil and flocked objects.

I tend to favour the ridiculous over the sublime and am oddly proud to adore things that others would consider guilty pleasures.
